We recently supported a mining client in the Mountain West region with engineering and design services for foundation of a crusher and conveyor system. The client required a quick turnaround, and our team responded by traveling to the site the next day to perform a detailed 3D scan of the area.
Using this data, we developed a new base design for the crusher, ensuring isolation from the existing platform and stairs. We also designed a custom drop chute with integrated skirts to optimize dust control and facilitate effective material transfer to the conveyor.
Our final deliverables included an Issued for Construction (IFC) drawing set with Civil and Structural Plans, Elevations, Mechanical Chute Details, and a Structural Calculation Report—helping the client move forward with confidence and efficiency.
