As part of our services, our team developed a comprehensive Total Installed Cost Estimate to help guide budget planning and investment decisions. We also created a detailed Scope of Work designed to support competitive and accurate construction bids.
In addition, we performed preliminary engineering to evaluate existing site conditions, identify potential challenges, and ensure seamless integration of future upgrades. Our deliverables included foundational plans, general layout concepts, and key design considerations that will serve as the groundwork for the next phase of the project.
