REDD recently provided comprehensive Steam Turbine installation services for one of our Oil & Gas refining clients in the Mountain West region. The project involved replacing an aging steam turbine that had reached the end of its operational life, a critical upgrade to maintain plant efficiency and reliability.
As part of the installation, the new turbine required modifications to the existing inlet piping system. Our team delivered engineered piping solutions designed to precisely fit the new turbine’s configuration. Using CAESAR II pipe stress analysis software, we ensured the new piping design would not place undue stress on the turbine nozzle, preserving equipment longevity and performance.
