REDD aided a refinery in analyzing a series of PSVs to determine the necessary modifications needed to bring the system up to the refinery’s standards.

REDD designed a new 1000 ft-long plant air header for a refinery preparing for extensive compressor upgrades.

REDD provided turnaround support for a refinery and designed replacement systems for out-of-compliance PSVs.

REDD provided detail engineering for a time-critical installation of glycol & nitrogen systems for a refinery’s new furnace and followed the project through to completion of construction.

A client needed to expand of their oil storage tanks, and upgrade their heating supply system at their Draper, UT plant. REDD was hired to create a new piping layout and design, as well as evaluate existing and new equipment requirements to determine the client’s thermal needs. REDD utilized an existing 3D point cloud, and a 2D location arrangement drawing. A system process diagram for the asphalt oil and thermal heating fluid systems was developed. Based on said diagram, a new drawing for the foundation locations of new and existing equipment was made. A new 3D piping model of the asphalt oil and thermal heating fluid systems was also created. The existing heater, new heater, and booster pump were then evaluated to make sure they met the needs of the client.

REDD provided engineering, procurement, and construction of a pre-engineered steel building along with foundation and utilities for use as an airplane hangar at the Fillmore Municipal Airport.
